Your Lot. Your Vision.
Built Without Compromise.
You have land and a sense of how you want to live. What you need is a team that can take that vision — specific, personal, and entirely yours — and build it exactly as designed.
Why It Matters
The traditional process separates design from construction. We don't. That changes everything about how your home gets built.
Most custom homes aren't actually custom, they're compromises between what an architect designed and what a separate contractor could build on budget. When your architect and your builder are the same team, every decision is made with full knowledge of what it costs and how it will be built. The result is a home that feels inevitable.
Is this right for you?
You have a lot.
You have a vision.
Now you need a team.
You've found the lot — now you need a design that makes the most of it
You have a strong sense of how you want to live, even if you haven't translated it into architectural language yet
You want budget clarity from the beginning, not shocking bids at the end
You want to do this once, done right
How it Works
From first conversation to final walkthrough.
01
The Conversation
We start by listening. Your goals, your lifestyle, your budget, your timeline — and what your current home gets wrong. No obligation, no pressure. Just a conversation with the team who will design and build it.
02
Site Analysis & Schematic Design
We study your lot — its orientation, topography, views, and setbacks. From there we develop schematic design options that respond to both your vision and the specific character of your land. You'll see how your home sits on the property before we go deeper.
03
Design & Pricing Together
This is where our process is most different. As we develop the design, we develop the budget alongside it. You know your real cost range before construction drawings are complete — not after, when changes are hardest to make.
04
Construction Documents & Permitting
Once design and budget are aligned, we complete full construction documents and manage permitting. One point of contact throughout — the same people who designed your home prepare the documents to build it.
05
Construction
We build what we designed. Our team is on-site throughout — dedicated supervision from a team that understands the design intent at every level. When questions arise in the field, they're answered by someone who was in the room when the decision was made.
06
Your Home
A finished result that feels inevitable — not a compromise, not a catalog, but entirely yours.
What changes when your architect also builds.
One Team. Total Accountability.
Design Informed by Construction Reality
We don't design in a vacuum. Every decision is made knowing how it will be built and what it will cost. Details that look good on paper but fall apart in construction never make it into your design.
A Budget That Moves With the Design
In traditional projects, the budget is a surprise at the end. We carry cost awareness through the entire design process — you're never facing a redesign when you should be breaking ground.
No Translation Loss
When we build what we design, nothing is lost in translation. No value engineering behind your back. No substitutions that change the character of the home. The intent is preserved.
One Contract. One Point of Contact.
You don't manage the relationship between your architect and your builder — because they're the same firm. One call. One team. One standard of accountability for the complete result.
Custom Homes Built with Intention
Ready to Begin
Your project starts
with a conversation.
We'd welcome the chance to hear about your lot, your vision, and what you're hoping to build. No commitment required — just a conversation with the team who will design and build it.
