Luxurious Bathrooms

An established local restaurant got a high end bathroom upgrade to better reflect the business branding and owner’s personal taste. Design prompts included “French”, “opulent luxury”, and “wow factor”. The finished product served exactly that!

For this client, we provided in house design services exploring different alterations and floorpans of which they chose the one that worked best for them. Once the architectural services were complete, our designer worked through all material selections including the reuse of some favorite items, the finding of new items to match their business branding, and the creating of a cohesive aesthetic. After all material selections were finalized, accurate pricing was established and our construction team got to work. In an effort to minimize impact of an active business, material and labor was carefully coordinated to ensure everything was on site when needed, temporary restroom facilities were provided, and construction activities occurred after hours. This allowed the actual construction phase to be complete within 6 weeks before the holiday rush.
